Returns & Exchanges

We want your little ones to love their new gear, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location in your neighborhood.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
